Landscape Construction Foreman:
The qualified candidate must be a motivated self-starter with 3 to 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry with the ability to supervise a 2-7 person crew. Knowledge of landscape construction including however not limited to grading, plant material and hardscape installations, horticultural techniques, plant identification, and trade equipment including however not limited to skid loaders, Mini X and transits are required for this position. In addition, the right candidate must be extremely detail oriented, understand and able to follow blueprints, responsible for tracking all materials and labor used on the job sites, training crew members and completing jobs within set timelines. Landscape Technicians:
The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of labor experience, and is able to lift heavy materials. The ideal candidate has experience in the use of all types of landscape equipment for example however not limited to skid loader, mini x, transits, knowledge in plant identification, and the ability to read blueprints. Additional skills in hardscape installation, plant material installation, and grading techniques are desirable. Individuals will be responsible for assisting the foreman in the day to day operations of all job functions, as well as running the crew in the foreman's absence. Overtime hours can be expected. Pay is based upon experience.

Laborers:
The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of labor experience however not necessary. Must be able to lift heavy materials, these labor positions will run the duration of our operating season which is typically from April through November and offer approximately 30-60 hours per week. Landscape labor positions may have mandatory weekend hours.. Pay is commensurate upon experience.
